At our company, we have established the following career advancement framework to ensure that each employee can grow and build a long-term career.

Step 1: Trainee Period

After joining the company, employees start as trainees to learn the fundamentals of their work

The career path for LSI recruitment consists of four stages, each designed to match different growth phases. This structured progression allows you to steadily build your skills and advance to more specialized roles. Choose the step that aligns with your goals and strengths, and take your career to the next level.

Step 1 : Programmer

  • As the first step in your career, you will develop and refine your programming skills.
  • Your main responsibilities include coding, debugging, and testing in system development.
  • At this stage, mastering programming languages and understanding algorithms are essential.

Step 2 : System Engineer

At this stage, you can choose between two paths: specializing in a specific field or gaining broad technical expertise.

  • ・IT Specialist: Focus on a specific technology or field, honing specialized skills.
  • ・System Engineer: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the development process, handling requirements definition and system design. In addition to programming, the ability to grasp the overall project flow is essential.

Step 3 : Project Leader

At this stage, you will take on roles in advanced technical design and team management.

  • ・IT Architect: Responsible for system technical design, selecting optimal technologies, and determining design policies. This is a key position supporting the overall technical foundation of the development process.
  • ・Project Leader: Oversee the project team, manage progress, and guide team members. In addition to technical knowledge, communication skills and leadership are essential.

Step 4 : Project Manager

As the final career goal, you will move into a position that oversees IT strategy and the overall management of projects from a business perspective.

  • ・IT Consultant: Analyze client challenges and propose optimal IT solutions. In addition to technical knowledge, a deep understanding of business is essential.
  • ・Project Manager: Oversee the entire project, including planning, progress management, and budget control. You will play a key role in leading the project to success while collaborating with many stakeholders.
